Failed messages are flagged in your campaign report with the reason (invalid number, no credits, carrier rejection). Undelivered messages are not billed.

Head to Campaigns > New Campaign, pick a channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or Email), choose your audience segment, and hit Send. You can also schedule it for later.
